Consequently; as Zimbabwe’s leading Think Tank, we believe the nation needs to take the following steps to address the corruption scourge ravaging our nation: 1. Reform key national institutions such Police, Prisons, Judiciary and Legislature. 2. Set up national institutions reporting to Parliament. 3. Permit national institutions to investigate independently. 4. Once a case is established, permit independent judicial process for suspects. 5. If suspects are found guilty, allow the convicted to serve their full sentences.
